This Pilates reformer is suitable for home workouts as well as studio use.

Includes

-The set includes six high-precision springs, with two low-resistance yellow springs, two medium-resistance green springs, and two high-resistance red springs.

-It comes with an extra wide padded box that can be placed both parallel and perpendicular to the reformer, as well as a jumpboard, padded foot platform, one set of hand handles, and one set of double loop hand and foot handles.

-Also included is a set of ropes, a front foot strap, an adjustable foot strap, and a non-slip sheet.
